Responsabilités

• Ensures achievement of group sales target
• Directs and supervises the sales agents
• Monitors daily activities of sales agents
• Formulates sales strategies
• Formulates and recommends sales policies and procedures
• Reviews and approves itinerary of sales agents
• Recommends sales target for his group
• Recommends distribution of accounts among sales agents
• Recommends approval of payment request, credit memos and amendments forms of sales agents.
• Conducts regular meetings with sales agents
• Submit weekly sales performance report
• Performs other related functions that maybe assigned from time to time
