As an Implementation Engineer, you will work with clients to understand functional and technical requirements, configure, integrate, and customize trading platforms to meet their business needs, while partnering with Product, Technical Account Management, and Support teams to deliver reliable client solutions. You will apply hands‑on programming and problem‑solving skills in an Agile environment to investigate and resolve complex issues, contributing to the delivery and continuous improvement of production solutions.
The role requires technical knowledge of Java, Linux, and SQL databases. You will work primarily in a Java‑based, Linux environment and will use SQL to investigate data, support integrations, and help resolve functional and technical issues. Familiarity with databases, including writing and understanding SQL queries, is required. Relevant engineering tools and practices may include: Java development and debugging, build and deployment processes, automated testing, continuous integration, and quality‑focused delivery practices.
This position leads to a sound understanding of international financial markets and excellent knowledge of our product suite. You will gain exposure to product engineering, production‑grade client solutions, training and development, and opportunities to contribute to innovative technical initiatives.
