Job summary

Secure Visa Consulting, Inc. in Makati City is seeking a front desk and client services specialist to warmly welcome walk-in clients, manage inquiries, and schedule appointments.

You will ensure client records are complete and updated, and assist in maintaining a professional, organized reception area. The role requires strong English and Filipino communication, proficiency with Google Workspace and MS Office, and experience with CRM or social media tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Communication, Psychology, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Experience in reception, administration, customer service, client relations, social media handling, or office operations is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal English and Filipino communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating with clients through face-to-face conversations, phone, email, and social media.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, email platforms, calendars, online forms, and social media messaging tools.
• Experience using a CRM, Calendly, Jotform, Facebook Business Suite, or AI-assisted inquiry platforms is an advantage.
• Willing and able to work full-time on-site at the Makati office in Rockwell.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in clients promptly.
• Manage appointment bookings and client records.
• Monitor Facebook, AI agent, info mailbox, and phone inquiries.
• Respond to or escalate client inquiries within required response times.
• Maintain organized, professional front desk and reception area.
• Communicate with clients in a manner that reflects the company’s standards of integrity and service.
