Job summary

Cyberbacker Careers is seeking a Client Experience Backer to serve as the primary post-onboarding contact for clients. You will build strong relationships, guide clients through their lifecycle, and resolve concerns to drive long-term value and satisfaction.

You will participate in daily role-play, engage in service drills, and coordinate with internal teams to monitor activity, collect feedback, and escalate issues when needed. Proactive outreach will promote additional services and referrals.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily role-play sessions and skills drills.
• Engage with clients via calls, video meetings, or email to assess needs and satisfaction.
• Monitor client activity and service delivery; coordinate with Growth, Operations, and Support teams.
• Capture client feedback and escalate unresolved issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare client status reports.
