Job summary

Kureos in the Philippines is hiring a Client Experience Analyst to support clients using a SaaS platform across global financial markets. You will build strong client relationships, troubleshoot queries, deliver product demos and training, and assist with onboarding and configuration.

You will work closely with Sales, Product and Client Experience teams, drive user engagement, identify process improvements, and gain exposure to fintech and international markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client-facing SaaS or fintech environment is preferred.
• Ability to learn product details and troubleshoot client queries.
• Comfort presenting product demos and training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients and be their day-to-day contact.
• Troubleshoot client queries and develop product knowledge.
• Deliver product demos and client training sessions.
• Support onboarding, platform setup and configuration.
• Run client check-ins to drive engagement and adoption.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Client Experience teams to improve processes.
