Job summary

Kureos in the Philippines is hiring a Client Experience Analyst to support clients on a fintech SaaS platform across global markets, blending relationship management with technical product knowledge. You’ll build trusted client relationships, troubleshoot queries, deliver product demos and training, support onboarding and configuration, and collaborate with Sales, Product and Client Experience teams.

Fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese is required; success comes from being proactive,

Responsibilities

• Build trusted client relationships and be the day-to-day contact.
• Troubleshoot client queries and develop product knowledge.
• Deliver product demos and client training.
• Support onboarding and platform configuration.
• Run client check-ins and drive engagement and adoption.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Client Experience teams.
• Identify ways to improve and automate processes.
