Job summary

One Workforce Global Corporation is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to manage the full customer order lifecycle, ensuring accurate order processing and timely delivery of promotional products. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and builds strong client relationships.

You will support quotes, order entry, artwork checks, supplier coordination, and CRM records for US-based clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, order management, sales support, or a related role.
• Experience in promotional products, branded merchandise, print services, e-commerce, or similar industries is highly desirable.
• Experience working with US based clients.
• Proficiency in CRM, order management, or customer support platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete order lifecycle, from quote requests and order entry to delivery confirmation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts and maintain professional client relationships.
• Process and maintain accurate order details, product specifications, artwork requirements, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to track order progress and resolve issues proactively.
• Review artwork submissions and ensure all production requirements are met prior to processing.
• Provide timely updates to clients regarding order status, approvals, delivery schedules, and potential delays.
• Maintain accurate CRM and order management records throughout the customer journey.
• Support product research, supplier sourcing, and operational improvement initiatives.
