Job summary

Nityo Infotech Services Philippines Inc. is seeking a detail‑oriented investigator to review post‑rejection inquiries, verify employer reports, and determine whether employment occurred. You will assess case histories, communications, and employment data to establish clear facts for potential action.

You will contact US clients and employers to collect documents, coordinate with legal counsel, and support resolution of disputed fees while maintaining professionalism and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Review cases escalated by Customer Support involving post-rejection job seeker inquiries
• Investigate whether an employer's reported rejection is consistent with the available facts
• Identify potential cases where employment may have occurred despite the reported rejection
• Conduct thorough reviews of case history, communications, and available employment information
• Communicate directly with job seekers and US clients/employers to request relevant documentation
• Collect and review employment contracts, offer letters, proof of start of employment, tax forms, and other relevant documentation
• Validate and organize evidence to establish whether employment occurred
• Maintain complete, accurate, and defensible case files suitable for potential legal action
• Ensure case documentation clearly establishes relevant facts, timelines, communications, and supporting evidence
• Communicate directly with US clients and employers regarding potential compliance violations
• Explain findings, supporting evidence, recovery requirements, and potential escalation clearly and professionally
• Conduct firm but diplomatic negotiations regarding unpaid placement fees
• Manage sensitive or challenging conversations while maintaining professional standards
• Escalate cases appropriately when voluntary resolution cannot be achieved
• Partner directly with external US legal counsel once sufficient evidence has been collected
• Provide legal counsel with complete documentation, case history, facts, and relevant context
• Track each case through investigation, negotiation, legal handoff, and final resolution
• Maintain accurate records of case status, outcomes, and recovery results
• Identify recurring patterns across repeat-offending employers
• Analyze trends in potential concealment cases
• Continuously refine investigation and evidence-collection processes as new patterns emerge
• Recommend improvements to detection, documentation, and case-handling workflows
• Collaborate with Customer Support and other relevant teams to improve the overall case escalation process
