Job summary

Golden Century Marketing is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive in the Philippines to maintain and grow key client relationships and develop new business opportunities within FMCG distribution. You will coordinate with operations and internal teams to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of sales experience in logistics or distribution, with strong presentation and stakeholder management skills to drive repeat business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Strong presentation skills to effectively pitch services to clients.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within logistics, distribution, or supply chain.
• Experience in managing client accounts and building relationships with key decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Address issues or concerns clients may have regarding services.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Provide feedback from clients to improve services.
• Work closely with operations and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Identify, reach out and build a pipeline of prospective customers through various channels.
