Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
• 1 to 2 years’ experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
• Proficiency in MS Office software.
• Willingness to travel if required.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.
• Understand client needs and provide suitable product or service solutions.
• Negotiate terms of agreements, close sales, and handle objections effectively.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance goals.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
• Represent the company in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events when required.
