Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand client needs, requirements, concerns, and expectations.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to address client requests and resolve issues.
• Follow up with clients regarding quotations, orders, deliveries, payments, and other concerns.
• Maintain accurate and updated client records and contact information.
• Assist the sales team with quotations, proposals, sales orders, presentations, and other sales documents.
• Monitor sales inquiries, leads, and opportunities and ensure timely follow-up.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, product presentations, and client visits.
• Track sales activities and provide regular updates to the sales team or management.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries.
• Coordinate with operations, logistics, finance, and other departments to ensure orders are processed and delivered properly.
• Monitor pending orders and communicate updates to clients and sales representatives.
