MaidProvider.ph in Pasay, Metro Manila, is seeking a hands-on Lead, Client Care who brings calm, clarity, and ownership to every family interaction. You’ll lead the team, ensure timely responses, clear next steps, and consistent post-placement support.

The role rewards leadership and a results‑driven mindset, with a base salary of ₱40,000–₱70,000 monthly plus a performance bonus, and the chance to shape how we deliver care across our client network.

• Experience in client care or customer service with leadership experience.
• Clear communication and ability to stay composed under pressure.
• Proven track record of following through on commitments.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach the Client Care team to improve response times and satisfaction.
• Own escalations and guide sensitive conversations with empathy.
• Keep every open case moving with clear ownership and next steps.
• Coordinate with Recruitment, HR, and Operations to resolve placement concerns.
• Use client feedback and data to address recurring problems.
• Leverage technology and AI to deliver faster service.
