Job summary

JPMorganChase in the Philippines seeks a Fee Operations Associate to support onboarding, setup, oversight, and control of fee calculations for institutional clients. You will interpret fee agreements, ensure accurate setup, and partner with client service, product, legal, and markets teams to manage exceptions within timelines.

You will build expertise in fee structures, risk oversight, and process improvements, driving automation and efficiency across onboarding and pricing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, operations, asset management, or a similar function.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to deliver high-quality results in a deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to analyze issues, assess impacts, and escalation to management and key stakeholders with proposed resolution options.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects independently and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present clear, concise information to stakeholders.
• Collaborative team approach, flexibility, and comfort working with ambiguity while learning new processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end onboarding, setup, and maintenance of new or amended fee calculation records based on executed fee agreements and documented requirements
• Interpret fee agreement terms and conditions, including customized fee structures, and provide guidance to enable accurate account and fee setup
• Partner closely with stakeholders across client service, product, legal, onboarding, invoicing, and market value data teams to support effective delivery
• Oversee end-to-end relationship pricing setup and eligibility checks while balancing operational execution with risk mitigation
• Execute daily oversight of dashboards, rules monitoring, account setup activity, and exception management within established timelines
• Communicate onboarding status, amended agreements, terminated accounts, and non-standard fee arrangements clearly to internal stakeholders and downstream teams
• Follow established risk and control practices for records and activities that impact end-to-end fee calculation
• Build subject matter expertise across fee operations processes, agreements, calculations, and product-related considerations
• Identify automation and process improvement opportunities and contribute to technology enhancements supporting onboarding and new product initiatives
