Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through research, cold calling, networking, referrals, and social selling.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to effectively communicate product value and solutions.
• Negotiate contracts, address client objections, and close sales to achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Manage leads, update customer interactions, and track sales activities using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.
