Job summary

Akoi Management is seeking a detailed-oriented Accountant / Client Account Manager to join our growing team in Makati. You will manage end-to-end client bookkeeping and financial reporting, acting as the primary liaison for client relationships and ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, presenting insights to clients, delegating tasks across accounts, and balancing multiple client portfolios in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on bookkeeping, accounting, or financial account management.
• Strong QuickBooks experience (Online/Desktop).
• Solid understanding of core accounting principles and financial statements.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication with client handling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and maintain accurate financial statements, ledgers, and bookkeeping records.
• Act as the primary contact for assigned client accounts, managing communications and relationships.
• Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable presentations and insights.
• Delegate tasks across accounts while ensuring quality control, accuracy, and deadlines.
• Organize and balance multiple client portfolios in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
