Job summary

Ubiquity is seeking a Senior Associate for Transaction Advisory Services to join our M&A team in the Philippines. You'll oversee Associates on project teams, support senior M&A professionals, and handle more complex transactions with client communications and meetings.

You'll coordinate due diligence engagements, draft QOE workbooks and information memoranda, contribute to engagement development, and mentor junior staff, thriving in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in transaction advisory services.
• Experience with common ERP and accounting software.
• Experience leading the development of QOE reports (Quality of Earnings).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support due diligence engagements.
• Draft due diligence (QOE) workbooks, reports, and information memoranda.
• Participate meaningfully in engagement development and execution.
• Develop and present analyses and presentations in client and prospect meetings.
• Participate in M&A strategy development discussions.
• Mentor and develop staff Associates.

About the role:

Our Senior Associates are deeply involved in all aspects ofthe M&A process from client development to transaction closing. SeniorAssociates are responsible for overseeing Associates on project teams andproviding senior M&A professionals with support and various deal materials.Senior Associates will handle more complex transactions and will handlecommunications with clients, which could include running meetings.
