Job summary

Citi is seeking a Reference Data Services professional in Manila to support opening and maintaining customer sub-accounts reference data across multiple systems. The role emphasizes data quality, regulatory controls, and cross-team collaboration with Sales, Middle Office, KYC, and Global ASO teams.

The Reference Data Services Analyst 2 will develop expertise in client data remediation, project delivery, and risk assessment while guiding junior staff and ensuring timely completion of initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in client/counterparty/account data management within a global financial services organization.
• Good awareness of client needs/expectations.
• Financial services related qualifications (e.g. IAQ or similar).

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day oversight and contribution to creation and maintenance of customer accounts, security and pricing data within multiple systems across multiple teams.
• Identify opportunities for improvements to quality of data and client service levels.
• Acts as backup for manager.
• Provides direction and guidance to team, evaluating performance, making recommendations and identifying training requirements.
• Responsible for the successful management and delivery of project initiatives and for the supervision of junior staff to ensure delivery of their tasks which contribute to the projects.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citi, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations.
• Authenticates and remediates client data using external and internal Citi systems.
• Liaises with both internal Citi teams and/or external clients globally to ensure data quality is remediated.
• Provides a high level of customer service to our internal stakeholders.
• Owns ad-hoc projects from inception through to completion.
• Provides tangible metrics to Management.
• Supports the team manager in completion of additional management tasks.
