Job summary

Citi in Manila is seeking a Reference Data Services Analyst 1 (trainee professional) to support data remediation and sub account data maintenance. The role offers exposure to global teams and a path to grow within Citi's Reference Data Services.

Bachelor’s degree required and a proactive, analytical mindset is essential. You will work fixed APAC shifts, occasionally supporting EMEA shifts, collaborating with internal Citi teams and external clients to ensure data quality and risk management.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing multiple data remediation work streams.
• Experience maintaining client static data in capital markets.
• Owns allocated work and remains accountable.
• Able to identify and troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed.
• Finance-related qualifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Remediates data in APAC and supports EMEA shifts when needed.
• Performs trend analysis and root-cause identification.
• Liaises with global teams to ensure data quality.
• Delivers high level of internal stakeholder service.
• Owns ad-hoc projects from inception to completion.
• Provides management with tangible metrics.
• Assesses risk and drives compliance with laws and policies.
