The ideal candidate will handle data entry, reporting, AS400 updates, and vendor communications, working onsite with night shifts.

• Provide daily operational support directly to clients.
• Assist with data entry, reporting, and client requests.
• Monitor and manage client accounts to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and maintain reports using Excel.
• Communicate effectively with clients, customers and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Work under pressure and adapt to changes in tasks or priorities as needed.
• Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Follow-up with the vendors

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Client Account Associate: Buy Ops Warehouse to assist our clients directly in their daily operations. Who You Are

• Education: Senior high diploma or any vocational course is acceptable.


• BPO experience of at least 6 months to 1 year is an advantage


• Able to work onsite and night shift.


• Knowledge with Microsoft excel.
