Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions Manila is hiring a CLE Coordinator I to support the execution of Continuing Legal Education programs. You will generate reports, process documentation, and assist with data entry to support consulting teams.

You will help with CLE accreditation, reporting, renewals, and respond to calls and emails. The role requires attention to CLE rules across states and collaboration with lawyers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder or completed at least 2 years level in college (no back subjects/incomplete units).
• 2–3 years’ experience in customer service (phone calls and email).
• Basic knowledge in MS Excel.
• Background in Web based tools (LexisNexis University, etc.).
• Project management – automation project.

Responsibilities
