Job summary

2GO Group, Inc. is seeking a Claims Supervisor to lead the claims management team in Manila.

You will oversee adjudication, settlement, and documentation of cargo-related claims while coordinating with insurers, brokers, and surveyors to ensure timely recoveries and compliance with policies. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years experience in claims, with a business background and strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer management skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any business course.
• At least 2 years work-related experience.
• Preferably with background in insurance claims.

Responsibilities

• Ensures accurate and timely adjudication and settlement of claims and other cargo related complaints filed by clients.
• Certifies correctness of claims investigation report; validates rightful claimant party, amount, documents and accounts.
• Screens and validates insurance-related claims; coordinates with insurer, brokers and adjusters.
• Monitors insurance claim status and ensures settlements are on time.
• Meets with insurer/broker/surveyor regularly to discuss recovery concerns.
• Recommends improvements to claims policies and processes to prevent recurrence.
