Job summary

Gallagher Manila is seeking an Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager to oversee Workers' Compensation Claims within the Center of Excellence. You will lead a team of Analysts, ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery of SLAs while collaborating with the US-based stakeholders.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in P&C claims, with a focus on process improvements, coaching, and customer-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum Required Degree: Bachelor
• Preferred Degree: Bachelor’s degree in insurance or related field
• Insurance industry certifications (if any)

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Analysts/Senior Analysts.
• Manage work allocation, workloads, query resolution and delivery of SLAs.
• Report KPIs using dashboards and scorecards to drive improvements.
• Coach staff and address performance issues.
• Ensure professional communication with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Map workflows and create Standard Operating Procedures to ensure compliance.
