Job summary

Manages daily operations and leads a team of adjusters to evaluate, process, and settle insurance or financial claims fairly, accurately, and within set turnaround times

Responsibilities:

• Primarily process all claims particularly motor car.
• Conducts ocular inspection of the damages of the insured vehicle.
• Makes necessary adjustments to the claims according to the damages and makes the necessary recommendation for the claims of the clients.
• Coordinates with the authorized motor shops for costs of repairs and parts.
• Participates in all proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably professionals from Non-Life Insurance Industry.
• Must have good communication and negotiation skills.
