Job summary

Perla Compania de Seguros, Inc. seeks a claims professional to evaluate, investigate and settle motor vehicle claims. The role involves ocular inspection of damages, adjusting claims based on findings, and recommending settlements to clients.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of related experience, preferably in non-life insurance, with strong communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to be assigned in Cebu City is required.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably in Automotive and Mechanical / Criminology.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably professionals from Non-Life Insurance Industry.
• Must have good communication and negotiation skills.
• Willing to be assigned in Cebu City.

Responsibilities

• Primarily process all claims particularly motor car.
• Conducts ocular inspection of the damages of the insured vehicle.
• Makes necessary adjustments to the claims according to the damages and makes the necessary recommendation for the claims of the clients.
• Coordinates with the authorized motor shops for costs of repairs and parts.
• Participates in all proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
