Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries related to damage incidents involving delivery drivers.
• Explain the general insurance and claims process in clear language.
• Gather required information, photos, documents, and incident details.
• Maintain complete case records, notes, and status updates.
• Escalate complex or unresolved cases per the established workflow.
