You will coordinate with insurance representatives, prepare reports on accidents and damages, and maintain strong relationships with external agencies. This role requires meticulous follow-up in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Claims Coordinator in the insurance industry.
• 3+ years of strong Microsoft Office experience with the ability to learn and adapt to custom software.
• Excellent verbal, written, phone, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to review documentation and ensure information is accurate and complete.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills to ensure timely completion of claims and required documentation.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Construction Management via email and Microsoft Teams to obtain required documentation.
• Submit required information to the insurance company and verify that all documents contain accurate and complete information.
• Consistently follow up with Construction Management and the insurance company to ensure timely completion of claims and documentation.
• Facilitate damage and vehicle claims company-wide.
• Coordinate with insurance representatives regarding claims and accidents.
• Prepare and present reports summarizing accidents, utility hits, damages, injuries, and near misses.
• Maintain strong working relationships between the company and external agencies, including insurance carriers and insurance brokers.
