Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, finance, insurance, operations, IT, or related field.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation, digitalization, automation, or operational excellence initiatives.
• Strong understanding of claims processes, products, controls, compliance, and customer service standards.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and influence senior stakeholders.
• People leadership or cross-functional project leadership is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance on complex, high-value, and sensitive claims with fair, consistent decisions.
• Develop, establish, and maintain claims standards, guidelines, and governance frameworks.
• Lead claims quality reviews and audits to improve decision accuracy and consistency.
• Identify operational risks and leakage in claims processes and implement mitigations.
• Provide technical SME for claims systems development, automation, and process transformation.
• Lead transformation programs and align with senior leaders and business partners.
• Develop and execute the transformation roadmap for claims with customer experience in mind.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and data privacy.
