Qualifications

• College graduate in any discipline.
• At least five years' experience managing a claims team.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office and reporting systems.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Filipino.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and judicious processing of claims with clear communications.
• Oversee and support claims processing to meet customer service goals and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor SLAs/TATs, identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
• Escalate and resolve complex operational and customer issues with authority.
• Maintain policies and procedures; support cross-functional reporting and audits.
