Job summary

Aon Philippines is seeking a dedicated Claims Executive to manage end-to-end motor and straightforward non-motor claims within the Claims Management Team. You will triage, verify, document, liaise with insurers, adjusters, clients and service providers, and ensure timely settlement, escalation when needed, and accurate data reporting.

Strong Excel, communication and analytical skills are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end processing of motor claims and straightforward non-motor claims.
• Triage and FNOL: acknowledge client notification within 24 hrs, record claim, notify insurer, assign handler.
• Track status, collect documents, review correspondences, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Verify premiums; advise on denial if beyond credit term, coordinate with AM.
• Arrange site inspections when needed and assess coverage and complexity.
• Lead claim administration and monitor progress, calibrating service cadence.
• Review technical positions and calculations; escalate when needed.
• Advocate and negotiate with CAT if required.
• Communicate updates to clients and manage transaction-related communications.
• Oversee settlement and payment processes; ensure data accuracy and reporting.
• Close cases and contribute to data analytics and insights.
