Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline.
• Professional Insurance Qualification is an added advantage
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Investigate loss events, assess causation and damages.
• Draft client reports within agreed timelines.
• Manage claims in the system and negotiate within authorities.
• Communicate with insurer clients, intermediaries, and third parties.
• Coordinate external experts and service providers.
• Uphold Crawford's ethics, integrity, and Crawford's values.
