Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (Graduate)
• Minimum 1 year construction estimating experience
• Property loss adjusting preferred but not required
• In-depth knowledge of XactAnalysis and Xactimate software
• Quality assurance and estimate review skills
• Relevant certifications/ coursework listed in qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review adjuster estimates for daily claims for accuracy and compliance.
• Review estimates up to $150,000 for accuracy and guidelines.
• Document all estimate revisions in XactAnalysis.
• Verify proposed repairs based on construction standards and client requirements.
• Prepare and compile estimate revision requests.
• Understand client programs, guidelines, and requirements.
• Apply program/industry guidelines during QA reviews across multiple client programs.
• Interact with clients for discussion on assignment activity.
• Maintain communication with adjusters for revision requests.
• Develop knowledge of XactAnalysis and Xactimate.
• Collaborate with CAT reviews during peak volume periods.
• Participate in special projects and uphold Crawford Code of Conduct.
