Job summary

MicroSourcing International is seeking a Claims Associate to support customers filing insurance claims from a remote setting in Metro Manila. The role requires handling incoming claims, gathering necessary information, and helping claimants understand policies to ensure fair processing.

You will follow up on claims, resolve customer concerns, and provide strong customer service while coordinating with internal teams.

Role Overview

The Claims Associate provides administrative and customer service support to customers filing insurance claims — handling incoming claims, gathering the information needed to process them, and helping customers understand their policies so claims are processed efficiently and fairly. The role also covers following up on claims, resolving customer complaints, and general customer service, so we're looking for someone comfortable being both detail-oriented and customer-facing.
