Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Insurance Coordinator in Libis, Quezon City to support mortgage processing and real estate transactions. You will ensure accurate, compliant, and timely handling of property insurance coverage while delivering excellent customer service to homeowners and vendors.

You will organize documents, review policies for coverage accuracy, manage a designated file pipeline, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to move applications to close. Onsite night shift offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in mortgage processing, escrow, or insurance coordination.
• Strong command of US Real Estate and Mortgage processing concepts.
• High English proficiency with written and verbal communication skills.
• Fastidious attention to detail and pipeline management capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Order, upload, and organize insurance documents using Point systems and internal applications.
• Review Homeowner’s, Flood, and Condo Master Insurance Policies for coverage accuracy and compliance.
• Manage a designated file pipeline to ensure swift application processing.
• Communicate and follow up regularly with homeowners and insurance providers to resolve document issues.
• Escalate complex insurance ordering issues promptly to key internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional processing, closing, and funding teams to bring applications to close.
• Assist the servicing team with amending loss payee details following loan funding.

Your Role

As an Insurance Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting mortgage processing and real estate transactions by ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely handling of property insurance coverage. You will deliver exceptional customer service to homeowners and vendors while maintaining pipeline management efficiency to help move files seamlessly to closing.

In This Role, You Will

• Order, upload, and organize insurance documents using Point systems and internal applications.
• Review Homeowner’s, Flood, and Condo Master Insurance Policies for coverage accuracy and compliance.
• Manage a designated file pipeline in a timely and accurate manner to ensure swift application processing.

• Escalate complex insurance ordering issues prompt to key internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional processing, closing, and funding teams to successfully bring applications to close.
• Assist the servicing team with amending loss payee details following loan funding.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• 1+ years of experience as a mortgage processor, escrow assistant, insurance agent, or equivalent role
• Strong command of US Real Estate and Mortgage processing concepts
• High English language proficiency with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Fastidious attention to detail and strong pipeline management capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Direct exposure to US mortgage tools (such as Point systems)
• Background or strong interest in consumer fintech or early-stage tech environments
• Proven track record in high-touch, customer-first service environments
• Strong problem-solving abilities to handle coverage and loss payee escalations
