Job summary

iSupport Worldwide is seeking a Claims Analyst to coordinate and manage insurance claims from intake through closure, with a focus on Workers Compensation. The role requires strong data analysis, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with carriers, TPAs, and internal stakeholders.

You will enter and validate incident and claims data in RIMS, monitor claim activity, prepare dashboards and management reports, and support OSHA reporting and claim reviews.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business, Insurance, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in claims administration, insurance, or risk management.
• Knowledge of Workers Compensation, General Liability, Auto Liability, Property, and casualty claims.
• Ability to independently manage claims from initiation to closure.
• Experience analysing loss data, reserve trends, closure rates, and performance metrics.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with clear communication to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage workers' compensation and liability claims from intake through closure.
• Enter, maintain, validate incidents, reserves, payments, and documentation in RIMS.
• Monitor claim activity, escalate issues, and coordinate with carriers, TPAs, and stakeholders.
• Prepare dashboards, loss summaries, and management reports on claim performance.
• Support OSHA reporting and regulatory compliance in coordination with Safety and HR.
• Participate in periodic claim reviews with partners and document action items.
• Identify trends and assist in risk mitigation with cross-functional teams.
• Assist with renewals and underwriting data through loss runs and analytics.
