Aufgaben

• Coordinate and manage Civil/Structural/Architectural works, MEPF, budget and cost management, and commercial tracking.
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, and bills of quantities; handle material submissions, ordering, procurement, and supplier/subcontractor quotation and evaluation.
• Review building plans to prepare quantity needs and material costs; create price forecasts and feasibility studies; identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Measure and value on-site work; carry out monthly valuations of work in progress and forecast final costs and sales.
• Prepare reports, analyze financial data, and attend meetings on cost and commercial aspects of work.
• Perform quantity take-offs, plan interpretation, and other Civil/Structural-related tasks.
