Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.

• Intermediate Civil 3D Design and Site Development Design required.
• 3–5 years of construction/EPC experience preferred.
• Willing to be deployed anywhere in the Philippines.
• Immediate availability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review bidding documents and identify material issues and scope conflicts.
• Clarify incomplete details with departments and escalate unresolved issues to the Project Manager.
• Review project schedules to align material procurement timelines.
• Identify long lead-time materials and recommend early procurement (risk-buy).
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Tendering for material quotations and references.
• Prepare quantity take-offs for IFC drawings.
• Review materials and tools for the scope; prepare Change Orders or Change Requests.
• Reconcile material requests with the Project Manager and ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, Design, Tendering, and technical teams for materials, approvals, and clarifications.
• Track daily material requests and maintain proper documentation and approvals.
• Review warranty material requests and verify coverage under the PDI workmanship warranty.
• Document and track issues for future projects.

JOB SUMMARY:

Manage materials across Pre-, During-, and Post-Construction, reviewing bidding documents and takeoffs, reconciling Change Requests and Material Requests, and coordinating with the Project Manager, Purchasing, Warehouse, Design, Tendering, and technical teams for accurate documentation and timely procurement. Review warranty claims with the Ops-Exec Request and track issues for future reference.

DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:

A. Pre-Construction

1. Review bidding documents from the Tendering Division and identify potential material issues and scope conflicts.

2. Clarify incomplete details with the concerned departments and escalated unresolved issues to the Project Manager.

3. Review project schedules to align material procurement timelines.

4. Identify long lead-time materials and recommend early procurement (risk-buy) decisions.

5. Coordinate with Purchasing and Tendering for material quotations and references.

6. Prepare quantity take-offs for comparison with IFC drawings.

B. During Construction

1. Review materials, tools, and miscellaneous items needed for the scope.

2. Review material entries; prepare Change Orders or Change Request Forms for approval as required.

3. Compare IFC take-offs with bidding take-offs to identify design changes, VOs, or missing items.

4. Reconcile material requests with the Project Manager and ensure material requests are accurate and complete.

5. Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, Design, Tendering, and technical teams for materials, approvals, and clarifications.

6. Track daily material requests and ensure proper documentation, approvals, and timely procurement.

7. Review warranty material requests with the Operations Executive and verify coverage under the PDI workmanship warranty.

8. Document and track issues for reference in future projects.
   

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Must be a Bachelor of Science graduate in Civil Engineering.

2. Knowledgeable in office automation tools (Microsoft, PlanSwift, or Basic AutoCAD).

3. Must possess intermediate-level proficiency in Civil 3D Design and Site Development Design.

4. Preferably have 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a construction or EPC company.

5. Must be willing to be assigned/deployed ANYWHERE IN THE PHILIPPINES.

6. Must be willing to start immediately/ASAP.

7. One (1) Project-Based position is available.
