Qualifications

• Graduate in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage.
• 2–3 years of related experience.
• Knowledgeable in CAD software and MS Office.
• Roofing and construction knowledge is an advantage.
• Highly mobile or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Installation Costing.
• Prepare tender documents for bidding (work schedule, manpower and equipment schedule, etc.).
• Canvass or source costs from contractors or suppliers.
• Attend technical meetings or bidding (online or face to face).
• Determine material quantities needed for costing/estimates.
• Provide technical assistance as needed.
• Prepare reports for weekly and monthly meetings.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
