Union Galvasteel Corporation in Pampanga is seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to lead installation costing, prepare tender documents for bidding, and source costs from contractors and suppliers. The role requires coordinating with teams, reviewing schedules, and ensuring accurate material quantities.

Applicants should have a civil engineering degree, 4–5 years’ related experience, knowledge of CAD software and MS Office, and preferably roofing and construction know-how.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Civil Engineering
• Licensed Civil Engineer is advantageous
• 4–5 years of experience in a related field
• Knowledgeable in CAD software and MS Office
• Roofing and construction knowledge is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Prepare installation costing.
• Prepare tender documents for bidding (work schedule, manpower and equipment schedule).
• Canvass or source costs from contractors or suppliers.
• Attend technical meetings (online or face to face).
• Prepare material quantities for costing or estimates.
• Provide technical assistance as needed.
• Prepare reports for weekly and monthly meetings.
• Handle manpower.
• Perform other tasks as deemed necessary by superiors.
