Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with a valid PRC license.
• Preferably 1 year of construction project experience (field and office).
• Fresh graduates with strong academics and structural analysis knowledge encouraged.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of Structural Analysis Software is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and mathematical skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to coordinate across teams.
• Highly adaptable to site/office deployment and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, maintain, and file engineering records, shop drawings, and technical reports.
• Review drawings and specs to prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and material orders.
• Track daily progress, assist in billing documents, and monitor material requests and inventory.
• Prepare and submit RFIs/RFAs; coordinate with stakeholders on technical matters.
• Alternate between office tasks and field inspections as required by management.
