Job summary

Unioil Petroleum Philippines, Inc. seeks a Procurement Engineer to lead end-to-end procurement of construction materials for its infrastructure projects.

You will collaborate with project engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure quality, cost effectiveness, and timely delivery. The role requires a Civil Engineering background, 3–5 years in procurement for construction, and familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC) is strongly preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of procurement experience in construction materials or infrastructure projects.
• Experience with bid preparation, supplier evaluation, and purchase order management.
• Experience with ERP procurement modules (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement of construction materials for infrastructure projects.
• Identify, evaluate, and pre-qualify suppliers and contractors.
• Prepare RFQs/RFPs and purchase orders per policies and timelines.
• Conduct bid evaluations, negotiations, and award recommendations.
• Maintain vendor master list and supplier database.
