Job summary

LPU Batangas in the Philippines is seeking a Civil Engineering graduate to join our procurement and project-support team.

You will manage procurement of construction materials, prepare estimates and quotations, monitor budgets and schedules, coordinate with suppliers, and assist engineers on NCR and provincial projects. Fresh graduates are welcome; willing deployment and immediate start are required.

Qualifications

• BS Civil Engineering degree (licensed preferred).
• 1–2 years of construction experience.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Willing to be deployed to NCR and provincial projects.
• Availability to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Handle procurement of construction materials.
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and quotations for value engineering works.
• Regularly monitor materials, budget, and expenses.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding deliveries.
• Manage billings from subcontractors and trades.
• Generate or assist in preparing project expense reports, materials monitoring KPIs, and other departmental reports.
• Assist higher-level engineers with daily workload.
• Create master schedules and monitor project progress and delays.
• Prepare documents for all office activities and transactions.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
