The Engineering Analyst is the operational backbone of the Engineering Department - the person who keeps projects funded, documented, compliant, and moving. This role owns three critical outcomes: ensuring seamless SAP and Kissflow process execution for CAPEX and OPEX activities, maintaining full control and visibility over project costs and documentation, and serving as the subject matter expert for signage upgrades and minor engineering projects. It is a hands-on, cross‑functional position that places the analyst at the intersection of engineering operations, procurement, finance, and project governance, working closely with Project Managers, the Engineering Head, and internal stakeholders to keep Unioil's infrastructure programs on time and within budget.

Monitor budget levels prior to raising PRs for Additional Orders on CAPEX projects
Maintain organized electronic and hard copy filing of all CAPEX‑related budget documents in their respective project folders
Act as the PR focal for the Engineering Department - receiving, creating, and processing PRs in both Kissflow and SAP on behalf of Project Managers and the Engineering Head
Create Purchase Requests in SAP for CAPEX projects (approximately 50 line items per NTI site) and process OPEX‑nature Kissflow PRs for endorsement to Purchasing
Coordinate with the Engineering Head for SAP PR release and communicate PR status to Purchasing for each CAPEX project
Monitor the conversion of PRs to POs and elevate pending PR issues to Project Managers as needed
Serve as the SAP and Kissflow Subject Matter Expert - the go‑to resource for timely creation of RFQs, RFPs, SAP PRs, Budget Loading, RSCAs, IAs, and other system requests
Act as the Engineering PORTAL focal, ensuring all relevant teams maintain and update the database and document repository
Support the Engineering Team in cross‑departmental coordination (Purchasing, Finance, Admin) and serve as the team's official meeting scribe
Maintain the NTI tracker on a weekly basis and act as Kissflow focal for Check Requests, Reimbursement Requests, Courier Requests, and Admin Requests
Serve as the team's HSSE representative and spearhead Safety Officer Trainings
Administer the Engineering office area - overseeing supplies, assets, and proper accounting of department resources
Act as the Subject Matter Expert for Signage Upgrades and other minor engineering projects across the retail network
Conduct site visits to assess scope and identify the components included in each signage upgrade project
Prepare Bid Documents and coordinate with Procurement on the bidding and awarding process for applicable projects
Collaborate with the Project Implementation and Maintenance Team on timelines for major renovation components, and report project implementation updates during EXECOM Meetings
Own the Engineering Projects Cost Control procedure - standardizing reporting formats to capture accurate cost data from projects and maintenance activities
Provide guidance on evaluating cost variances, spending trends, and financial compliance using SAP and Cost Control sheets
Review SAP and Cost Control data for compliance with company processes on spend, budget revisions, and scope changes
Recommend and implement process improvement initiatives across OSM monitoring, Cost Control, and the P2P process
