Job summary

CONEX PRIME INC. in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Civil/Structural Estimator to join our Laguna team.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (license preferred) and have at least 4 years of related experience, including estimating structural and architectural works. Proficiency in finishing works and fit-out estimation, strong quantity surveying and cost engineering skills, and advanced MS Excel are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent; license preferred.
• At least 4 years of experience in related field.
• 3-5 years experience in civil/construction/structural engineering.
• Experience estimating structural and architectural works.
• Strong finishing works and fit-out estimation experience.
• Proficient in quantity surveying and cost engineering.
• Excellent skills in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle pressure.
• Willing to be assigned at Cabuyao Laguna.
• Willing to start ASAP.
