Job summary

One Commerce (Int'l.) Corporation in Metro Manila is seeking a licensed Civil Engineer to oversee structural maintenance and audits for a multi-tenant property. You will lead inspections of foundations, beams, and columns and coordinate repairs with third‑party contractors.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience in property or facilities management, proficiency in AutoCAD/SketchUp/Revit/Lumion/Enscape, and a valid PRC license. This is an in-person position at our Manila site.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Licensed Civil Engineer with valid PRC.
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape or similar software.
3–5 years of experience in property management, facilities management or building structural maintenance.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular structural audits, load checks, and inspections of foundations, beams, and columns.
Oversee repair and maintenance of roof decks and exterior walls to prevent water/moisture damage.
Review and approve structural modification requests from tenants during fit-outs, ensuring code compliance.
Manage move-in/move-out repairs of dormitory rooms and commercial spaces.
Estimate maintenance costs, write bid specifications, and supervise contractors.
