Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer in Metro Manila to lead structural design and analysis for building and industrial projects. You will coordinate with architectural, civil, MEP teams and provide mentorship to junior engineers.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of relevant experience, strong proficiency in ETABS, and a solid grasp of local codes and standards. Office-based role with collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, preferably with specialization in Structural Engineering.
• 10+ years of relevant structural engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in ETABS and other structural analysis/design software.
• Proven experience in building and industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of structural design codes, standards, and engineering best practices.
• Experience managing complex engineering deliverables and coordinating multidisciplinary projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage structural engineering design and analysis for building and industrial projects.
• Perform structural analysis and design of concrete, steel, and other systems using ETABS and other software.
• Prepare and review structural calculations, design reports, technical specifications, drawings, and other deliverables.
• Ensure structural designs comply with codes, standards, project specs, and best practices.
• Review models, calculations, drawings, and technical documents prepared by engineers and designers.
• Coordinate structural design requirements with architectural, civil, MEP and other teams.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.
