Job summary

One Commerce (Int'l.) Corporation in Metro Manila is seeking a licensed Civil Engineer to oversee structural maintenance and audits for a multi-tenant property. You will lead inspections of foundations, beams, and columns and coordinate repairs with third‑party contractors.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience in property or facilities management, proficiency in AutoCAD/SketchUp/Revit/Lumion/Enscape, and a valid PRC license. This is an in-person position at our Manila site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Civil Engineer with valid PRC.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape or similar software.
• 3–5 years of experience in property management, facilities management or building structural maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular structural audits, load checks, and inspections of foundations, beams, and columns.
• Oversee repair and maintenance of roof decks and exterior walls to prevent water/moisture damage.
• Review and approve structural modification requests from tenants during fit-outs, ensuring code compliance.
• Manage move-in/move-out repairs of dormitory rooms and commercial spaces.
• Estimate maintenance costs, write bid specifications, and supervise contractors.

Minimum Requirement

• Proficient in AUTOCAD, Sketch-up, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, or similar software

• Has at least 3-5 years of experience in property management, facilities management or building structural maintenance.

Essential Job Functions

• Conduct regular structural audits, load capacity checks, and integrity inspections of the building's foundation, beams, and columns to identify concrete cracks, spalling or settlement.

• Oversee the repair and maintenance of roof decks, exterior walls to prevent water seepage and moisture damage.

• Review, approve, and monitor structural modification requests from commercial tenants during fit-outs to ensure they do not compromise the building's structural integrity or violate local building codes.

• Manage move in and move out repairs of dormitory rooms and commercial spaces.

• Estimate costs for civil maintenance, write technical specifications for biddings and supervise third party contractors handling civil and structural repairs.

Required Skills

• Strong familiarity with building materials, concrete repair technology, waterproofing systems, structural retrofitting, and local structural/building codes.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
