Job summary

GoPrime Technology Corp. seeks a capable Civil/Structural Construction Supervisor to oversee mid-rise and high-rise projects in the Philippines. You will verify drawings, supervise on-site activities, coordinate with contractors, and ensure timelines, safety, and quality standards are met.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, a Civil Engineering degree, and ideally a PRC license. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is expected; relocation to site is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC) preferred/required depending on project.
• 3–5 years of construction experience, with mid-rise/high-rise exposure.
• Strong experience in structural, concrete, civil and finishing works.
• Proficient in reading construction plans, specifications and BOQs.
• Knowledge of Philippine construction standards, building codes, QA/QC, and safety requirements.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; knowledge of project management software is an advantage.
• Strong coordination, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willing to work site-based and handle project requirements as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil and structural construction activities from structural works through finishing and turnover.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, quantities, and work methodologies.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and other project teams.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, materials, and site requirements.
• Identify technical issues and recommend solutions to prevent delays and rework.
• Prepare progress reports, site documentation, and inspection records.
