About the role

Everstone Development and Construction Inc. is seeking a talented Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in Toledo City, Cebu. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction and development projects. As a Civil Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the planning, design, and execution of our infrastructure and building projects. What you'll be doing

• Conducting site investigations and surveys to assess project feasibility and identify potential challenges

• Preparing detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction plans using CAD software and other engineering tools

• Performing structural analysis and calculations to ensure designs meet safety standards and regulatory requirements

• Supervising construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, and quality standards

• Coordinating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution

• Conducting quality inspections and material testing to verify that work meets project specifications

• Preparing project reports, progress documentation, and technical recommendations

• Ensuring projects comply with local building codes, environmental regulations, and health and safety standards

• Estimating project costs, timelines, and resource requirements

• Providing technical support and problem-solving during construction phases

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an accredited institution

• Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent professional certification

• Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in civil engineering, construction, or related infrastructure projects

• Strong proficiency in CAD software and engineering design tools

• In-depth knowledge of building codes, construction standards, and safety regulations applicable in the Philippines

• Excellent understanding of structural design principles and construction methodologies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams

• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software

• Experience with residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects is highly desirable
