Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.

About the role

Walls in Motion, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and talented Civil Engineer to join our growing team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work on diverse civil and structural engineering projects that shape the built environment. As a Civil Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects whilst ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. This position is integral to our mission of delivering innovative structural solutions and maintaining the highest standards of engineering excellence across all our projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop civil engineering solutions for various construction projects, including buildings, infrastructure, and structural systems
• Conduct site inspections and surveys to assess project conditions, identify potential challenges, and ensure compliance with design specifications
• Prepare detailed project plans, technical drawings, and specifications using CAD software and other engineering tools
• Perform structural analysis and calculations to ensure projects meet safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery
• Monitor construction progress and quality, conducting regular inspections to verify that work meets design standards and project specifications
• Manage project budgets and timelines, identifying cost‑saving opportunities whilst maintaining project quality
• Prepare comprehensive reports on project findings, recommendations, and compliance documentation
• Stay abreast of advancements in civil engineering practices, materials, and technologies to continuously improve project outcomes

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in civil or structural engineering projects
• Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) and engineering analysis tools
• Comprehensive knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements in the Philippines
• Solid understanding of structural design principles, materials science, and construction methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail
• Demonstrated project management capabilities with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
• Preferred experience: expertise in sustainable building practices, BIM (Building Information Modelling), or experience with large‑scale infrastructure projects
