Qualifications

• Create detailed project plans, timelines and schedules for solar installations.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors and suppliers to meet milestones.
• Manage permit applications and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Monitor and control project budgets to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Serve as main point of contact between clients and installation teams.
• Provide regular status updates and communicate changes in scope, schedule, or budget.
• Organize delivery of materials and equipment to sites.
• Monitor safety protocols and OSH adherence on job sites.
• Address issues promptly and coordinate resolutions with Project Engineers and Managers.

• Assist in creating detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules for solar installations.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, engineers, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure project milestones are met.

Permitting And Documentation

• Manage permit applications, inspections, and any other required documentation for solar installation projects.
• Ensure all paperwork, contracts, and documentation comply with local government regulations.

Budget Management

• Monitor and control project budgets, identifying areas for cost-saving or optimization.
• Track expenses and ensure projects stay within financial limits.

Coordination & Communication

• Serve as the main point of contact between clients and the installation teams.
• Provide regular status updates on project progress, addressing concerns or issues promptly.
• Communicate changes in project scope, schedule, or budget with all stakeholders.

Logistics And Resource Management

• Organize the delivery of materials and equipment to project sites, ensuring all resources are available for installation.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to avoid delays or shortages.

Compliance And Safety

• Monitor safety protocols on job sites and address any non-compliance issues immediately.
• Ensure that all personnel adhere to company OSH Management Plan

Issue Resolution

• Develop solutions to ensure minimal disruption to project timelines.
• Ensure that any issues and concerns are immediately addressed and coordinated to Project Engineers and Managers.
